Our lawn technicians are state certified to provide total lawn care, and we continually
attend educational programs to stay informed of the latest advances in our field. We use a
proven treatment plan for comprehensive fertilization, weed control, and pest prevention,
incorporating only the best products, put down only at the proper time. Spring or fall
aeration is highly recommended, and lawn seeding is also available.

Early Spring Application:
- Slow release fertilizer for longer lasting color and for more even growth.
- Pre-emergent control for crabgrass and foxtail.
- Broadleaf weed control is added as soon as weather permits.
Spring Application:
- Slow release fertilizer for longer lasting color and more even growth.
- Blanket application of Broadleaf weed control.
Early Summer:
- A summer rate of slow release granular fertilizer to provide the necessary nutrients to
combat summer stress.
- Spot treatment of broadleaf weeds.
- Control of surface feeding insects if needed.
Mid Summer:
- Slow release fertilizer and a blanket application of broadleaf weed control.
Early Fall:
- Slow release fertilizer for longer lasting color and more even growth.
Late Fall:
- Heavy rate of nitrogen fertilizer designed to build your lawns root
system for a thicker, greener lawn in the spring.
Grub Control:
- Control products are applied during Late May to mid June to minimize grub population. Must be watered
in. (optional)
Core Aeration: Spring or Fall
- Increases air, water, and nutrients to all the roots
- Decomposition of thatch
- Stimulates new growth
